MIA…

School holidays. Need I say more?

Having trouble getting near the computer + the loss of my mojo = not a lot getting done digi-wise.
Ebb and flow, ebb and flow.

Mr L is having a ball, of course. Spending a lot of time conducting bizarre experiments out in the backyard or reading “Choose Your Own Adventures”. Or following me around. He’s the only person under 15 I know who could use the word “converge” in a sentence. Correctly. But, for all that, he’s learnt to tie his shoe laces! This, I tell you, is a big deal. Any “learning of a new skill that might be difficult and could just very possibly lead to something resembling failure” is a big deal with Mr L. Hard work, he is, but lucky we love him. Very lucky, as I think he’ll be running the country one day.

Mr A, my swively little companion, has decided that nothing, repeat nothing, beats moving about the floor. Even food. Food is still up there, but he’s itching to get off and racing again. He’s yet to leave the lounge room, but he’s getting closer every day. Mum’s still Number One (tee hee – much to the chagrin of other family members) and he had a first today too. He had a banana. Well, 75c of a gold-plated, $2.07 banana. And he loved it. I can’t wait until they come down in price again so we can ALL enjoy them.

And I made a little freebie tonight to try to see if my mojo was hiding there (it wasn’t) but I can’t upload it for some reason. Stay tuned…

ETA: Found it – the sample, not the mojo. I was just test running a few new filters. And trying to find my groove. Pleased with the filters, not so happy about the missing groove. Anyway, there’s some papers and stuff and a layered template with some bits on it. Just mucking about really. Enjoy. Grab it here.
