Christmas wrap…

Well, it’s done for another year. Santa has been and gone. The boys are exhausted. Their parents are exhausted. Everyone is happy.

Santa snuck in and left a nice little pile of pressies for the boys. Mr L got a radar gun, books, a fishing rod – Mr A got a walker, which he is very pleased to inform anyone is a “broooom-brooom”. This was the first year we didn’t go anywhere, and it was lovely to stay at home and not have to spend half of Christmas day in the car.

Lunch was sausage and salad. We could have done with a big winter feast though – it was freezing here! Barely got above 12 degrees all day and parts of the state that had intense heat and bushfires a week ago had snow! Yes, it’s Summer in Australia…

I’m off to stay warm, play Uno Attack and be run over by Mr A and his “brooom”. I hope you’ve all had a wonderful Christmas and that Santa was kind to you!

Catch ya…

Glad you had a good day! It wasn’t very warm here either – we had planned a bbq for dinner but ended up eating inside as it was just too chilly out!
