Schools out…

and Mr L is home until the end of January. He’s already reminded me that school starts 15 minutes earlier next year. Honestly, that kid can’t live in the now – he’s always planning ahead. So school holidays stretch out before us. Got nothing planned. Just hanging around the house and staying cool.

Preparations are underway for a visit from Santa next week. Much anticipation from Mr L, who sent Santa a long list. Mr A, of course, doesn’t get the whole Santa thing. He’d be very happy with some wrapping paper. And to be allowed to eat it.

If you’ve got small kiddo’s around, or just like to know where Santa is, you can track Santa’s progress via the Internet as he heads to your house. Air Services Australia is tracking him this year, and we’re watching each day to see what he’s up to (check out the satellite pics of his workshop!). If you’re in the northern hemisphere, NORAD does an excellent job of tracking Santa. It’s very exciting to watch!

Also very exciting – it might rain today!

Catch ya…

Okay so if you want some rain I have some here that I could send your way! Totally sick of it dragging the cold miserable wind along with it, and the dang mice back inside since they think its winter again!!
